David joined Burger in 2025 and is responsible for the on-going development of staff, processes, and technologies that continuously improve organizational capability and capacity across all shipyard and joinery operations.

Rich joined Burger in 2025 and is responsible for business development, product management, and marketing and delivery of strategic growth initiatives.

Tom joined Burger in 2002 and is responsible for the administrative functions of the company, including finance, HR, IT, contract administration, legal, banking, and risk management.

Ron joined Burger Boat Company in 2000 and leads product portfolio strategy, shaping Burger’s disciplined custom and full‑custom yachts while working closely with owners, designers, and teams to ensure enduring quality, performance, and brand integrity.

Dennis helps ensure quality and consistency across Burger’s yachts by aligning technical standards, engineering, and production, translating design vision into reliable, buildable solutions that reflect Burger’s craftsmanship and performance values.

Dawn joined Burger in 2004 and is responsible for leading and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain strategy, including procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Jim has been with Burger since 1993 and was Burger's President & CEO from 2007 to 2025. As chairman, Jim is responsible for leading the board of directors, ensuring effective governance, setting strategic direction, and supporting executive leadership to achieve the organization’s long-term goals.
