Ron Cleveringa joined Burger in 2000 and has been active in the yachting industry since 1984. Ron will help you obtain information about creating a custom yacht.

Doug Borys joined Burger in 2000 and has been active in the marine industry since 1989. Doug will provide you with the information you need building a custom commercial vessel.

Rich specializes in the recruitment of qualified associates to the Burger team. Rich enjoys working with potential associates to ensure they are matched with the most appropriate position.

With over 30 years of experience, Dawn manages global supplies to ensure timely availability and optimum inventory of all our raw materials.

Ben has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the maritime industry. He has held leadership roles in several shipyards, spent many years at sea as a Chief Engineer and Captain, and is a graduate from the Master and Mates Sea School in Baltimore.

Rich Olson Sr. leads Burger’s safety, LEAN, and continuous improvement initiatives. With extensive leadership experience, he plays an essential role in driving our success and ensuring operational excellence.

Jim Ruffolo has been with Burger since 1993 and has been Burger's President & CEO since 2007.

Tom Connor has been with Burger since 2002 and will work with you on the administrative and management aspects of your project.
