Vessel walkthrough AFT DECK Very large open, partially covered, teak deck with built-in stern lounge seating for six with large teak adjustable dining table for ten. Six teak chairs for lounging or dining.

Starboard hydraulic passarelle accesses dock when moored stern to. Stairway leads up to Sky Deck. Teak wing doors lead to teak side decks. Side door leads down to engine room. Sliding doors lead into main salon.

MAIN SALON Cherry wood interior was all hand crafted by Burger artisans. Decorated by “Dee Robinson”. Large living room atmosphere with elegant furnishings. Very large windows provide excellent scenic views while seated. Full sound and visual entertainment electronics are discreetly positioned.

DINING for ten is forward in the salon with appropriate surrounding storage and wet bar.

GALLEY is forward of dining to port with fine light maple cabinetry and flooring, granite counters, crew dining lounge and a full complement of proper commercial grade equipment. Large windows create a bright atmosphere. A door to the side deck gives private access for groceries and crew whose quarters are accessed here. A stairway in the galley leads up to the pilothouse.

DAY HEAD is forward of the dining area and private off the starboard passageway.

MASTER STATEROOM is next forward. Elegant cherry wood cabinetry and large windows offer great scenic views and variations in mood lighting. Centered king berth is surrounded by cabinetry, closets and entertainment console. His and hers baths are large and have marble counters and large mirrors.

FOUR GUEST STATEROOMS are on the lower deck via a handsome stairway forward of the dining salon. Each has a private head and shower. Three have twin lower berths and the fourth has upper and lower berths. All are finished in the same elegant cherry wood work.

FOYER UTILITY ROOM has laundry and storage. Wine cooler and freezers in foyer.

CREW QUARTERS are forward on the lower deck accessed via a stairway forward of the galley. A captain’s cabin and three crew cabins each have private head and shower.

UPPER DECK is reached by stairway on the aft deck or the stairway in the main salon or the starboard stairway up to the pilothouse or the stairway up from the galley. The upper deck is full walkaround.

PILOTHOUSE has full array of desired navtronics, comfortable bench seating, excellent visibility, side doors to the walkaround Portuguese bridge and wing control stations port and starboard.

OWNER’S OFFICE/STUDY is next aft and has desk, built-in wall cabinet and a scenic view. Opposite to port are stairway down to galley and stairway up to flying bridge.

DAY HEAD is next aft adjacent to the Skylounge.

SKYLOUNGE features superb views, walk-behind full service bar, comfortable lounge seating, 52” plasma TV and entertainment system.

BOAT DECK/LOUNGE aft of Skylounge has covered deck room for lounge chairs, two 4,000 lb. davits permitting port and starboard launching of tender, tender on chocks, stairway down to main deck.

FLYING BRIDGE has full controls, helm and bench seating, service bar, lounge chair seating, aft surround seating, radar arch.
