Attangement Plan Lower deck: Aft stern platform; walk-in lazarette and sound proof generator room; engine room; two guest staterooms and master stateroom amidship; two crew cabins forward with lounge.

Main deck: Euro stern; open aft deck; walkaround side decks; main salon; dining plus bar; day head; semi-raised pilothouse; galley with dining lounge; fore-deck lounge and storage; anchoring gear; bow seat.

Boat deck with tenders; seating with table; bar with stools; flying bridge helm; port and starboard companion seating.
Accommodations Berths six in three staterooms midship plus four crew in two cabins forward.
Aft Deck Ample room for granite topped, 54” round dining table and four bronze Klismos dining chairs. Two electric powered capstans at the corners make docking a pleasure. A 14' pneumatic/hydraulic, telescoping passarelle adjusts to reach side or stern docks and retracts when not in use. Port and starboard stairways lead down to the transom platform, engine room door, outside shower, stern shore power connection. The passarelle deploys from the starboard side stair enclosure. The aft deck is laid teak and enclosed bulwarks topped with a hefty, varnished teak cap extending fully around the vessel in traditional Burger fashion.
Main Deck MAIN DECK has stern and midship side entries through bulwark gates port and starboard to side decks. Watertight glass and aluminum Freeman doors lead in to generous foyers port and starboard. Beveled glass French doors then lead aft in to the salon. Aft deck entry is via fully automatic passarelle from shore to aft deck and from aft deck to main salon through a single, hinged door centered in the aft bulkhead.
Main Salon In the SALON, the look is breathtaking due to spacious feeling, subtle decor and total surround of large windows. The aft corners are glazed with curved glass inserts from deck to overhead totally eliminating the dark corner customarily found at this point. Intimate seating in couches and armchairs invite you to relax including an intimate game table with seating for two. Rare quarter sawn English brown oak woodwork throughout with sophisticated crown, base and raised panel moldings is finished in satin varnish. Deliberate accents of patterned dark mocha Wengé flooring in strategic areas were employed to create a contrasting effect. Blinds and drapery give total privacy. The flat screen TV and entertainment system are built into a beautifully crafted four door credenza to starboard with match book sequenced burlwood facing.

Forward in the salon is the granite topped wet bar, refrigerator, ice maker, and wine cooler all concealed behind English oak cabinetry and highlighted by a pair of platinum toned sconces. Adjacent is the custom built dining table positioned beneath a unique, recessed ceiling overhead with running beams and a suspended grid of fiber optic lighting. Surrounded by matching wood cabinetry with leather drawer pulls and slotted storage for table service, the atmosphere is warm and magical.
Dayhead Forward to port in the main salon, the large DAY HEAD is a bit of magic itself, with a vaulted ceiling of custom metallic mosaic tiles and fitted with custom cabinetry and bronzed vessel sink set into a bronze glass mosaic counter top.
Galley The GALLEY is all the way forward on the main deck level. The centerpiece to the GALLEY is the granite topped island eatery for informal dining. The all stainless steel cooking center is forward, inset into a bronze tiled recess with a curved glass exhaust collector overhead. Wraparound granite counters with pantry storage above and below are supplemented by additional storage in the island center. A deep, farm style stainless sink is to port and a flat screen television built in aft. The entire galley enjoys a panoramic view of the surrounding waters thanks to large windows port and starboard.

Master Stateroom STATEROOMS are on the lower deck via the English brown oak paneled stairway forward in the salon. Nearly amidship, the MASTER is accessed from a central foyer thru double arched doors. The stateroom is bright and elegant using pale gold and cream colors. The entire headboard wall is a study in sketch-faced burl wood patterns within a stile and rail grid work of quartered English brown oak. Hidden in the beamed ceiling is a drop panel housing a 36” flat screen T.V. The master baths (his and hers) combine antiqued wall covering and rustic tumbled marble to further the Mediterranean expression. All faucet handles are coco-brown onyx and bronze fixtures. Subtle lighting, music and invisible, quiet air conditioning add to the pleasure of this stateroom.
Guest Staterooms There are two GUEST accommodations directly across the foyer from the master. The foyer is rich with details including a triangular shaped burl wood sculpture niche, lit from within, and an upholstered chenille background panel, all atop the theme patterned Wengé flooring. A built in stacked laundry system is concealed behind a paneled English oak door. Looking aft the queen bed stateroom is tailored in pale peach woven silk with a pleated coverlet and coordinating inserts dress the shutters. There is a curved wood cornice with inlaid sunburst pattern above the bed and radiating ceiling panels to form a fan shape. Similar to the treatment in the master suite, a flat screen TV panel drops down from the ceiling in this VIP guest stateroom. The ensuite head is lined with marble and has a beautiful, marble lined step-in shower.

The twin room opposite to starboard has upholstered berths with a copper colored velvet panel behind the bed and a copper metallic fabric on the adjacent walls. In the guest bath also with marble shower there is a striking custom mosaic wall covering that connects the copper and taupe colors. A flat screen television is mounted on the bulkhead facing both berths and as will all staterooms including the crew accommodations there is a built-in speaker system and panel access to the yacht’s central entertainment system.
Crew Quarters CREW quarters are private, forward of the galley and down. All areas are of English brown oak and tastefully decorated. There are two generous staterooms each with en-suite heads. The showers are lined in a rustic antiqued ceramic tile, as is the floor of the crew laundry area and a suitably equipped crew galley. A lounge area for the crew includes a leather L-shaped settee and Corian topped dinette table.

Pilothouse PILOTHOUSE is amidships and five steps up from the main deck. A unique bronze railing guards the stairs and open deck of the pilothouse and visibility is greatly enhanced by wraparound glass panels including a unique view through large windows on the main deck level port and starboard. The pilothouse itself appears as if it were carved out of a giant block of English brown oak. It showcases an impressive command station containing a full Glass Bridge system with the latest generation of navigation electronics. An oversized, curved settee in antiqued chocolate brown leather surrounds a triangular Emperador marble table. The helm area itself is furnished with a custom Stidd chair upholstered in the same leather. The luxurious oak cabinetry emphasizes a solid feeling of control in this extremely well planned helm area. All is proper, up to date and in easy view. The helm console trim is a rare, hand picked burl wood surrounded by leather and oak woodwork while the pilothouse sole is planked in English oak and dark Wengé hardwood, in contrast to traditional teak and holly.

The flybridge is furnished with a full-service bar sporting a granite top and leather bolstered front with four Crown bar stools to starboard. Just aft of the bar is a built-in stainless steel gas grill with protected propane gas stowage beneath. To port is the granite topped high/low table with bench seating (storage beneath) for dining and/or entertaining. The flybridge entertainment area is complete with its own sound system (am/fm CD player and exterior speakers), and dramatic fiber optic lighting options.
Engine Room The ENGINE ROOM and LAZARETTE are aft, accessed from aft deck hatch or articulated, watertight, Freeman transom door. The lazarette houses the aluminum workbench, sink, tool storage, CO2 tanks and main distribution panels. To starboard is the 40 KW Kilo Pak soft mounted generator in a stainless steel, sound attenuating enclosure. The Matrix 3600 GPD water maker and air compressor also reside in this aft area as well as the dual ASEA 50 kVA converter system. Thru another watertight door fitted with a “look before leaping” glass panel, is the main engine room; central is the second 40 KW Kilo Pak rpm generator also soft mounted in a stainless steel sound enclosure. Port and starboard are the two main engines, their ZF reduction gears and two glass topped sea chests which accommodate all of the raw water requirements of the vessel and eliminating multiple “holes” in the bottom. Peripherally are air conditioning chiller units, all stainless-steel fuel manifolding, fuel flow monitor, coalescing fuel scrubbing system, pneumatic fuel gauges, Racor secondary fuel filters, S.S. lube oil manifolding, S.S. bilge pump manifolding, sewage treatment system, engine and generator batteries, various pump motors and back-up pumps, double 4' florescent light fixtures, back-up DC lighting, Delta T air induction system and exhaust fans. Comments WOW was Burger’s second Advanced Construction Series project which enabled the Burger craftsmen to demonstrate the best of the best. In the words of Burger’s Director of Design, “Designing this yacht was one part math, one part science, and five parts art.”

Of particular note is the fact that the principle woodwork utilized in the interior, English Brown Oak, was derived from a single tree specially milled for this project. There will never be another yacht like WOW. She is a truly a work of art.
