Accommodations
Berths six in three staterooms midship plus four crew in two cabins forward.
Aft Deck
The Aft Deck has ample room for dining table, chairs and lounges. Two capstans make docking a pleasure. A 14' pneumatic/hydraulic, telescoping passarelle adjusts to reach side or stern docks and retracts when not in use. A stairway leads down to the transom platform, engine room door, outside shower, stern electric shore connection. The aft deck is painted, trimmed with a wide, varnished, teak cap and stainless hand rails. Built in stern seat with varnished teak dining table. Bare teak cushioned lounge chairs with ottomans and teak dining chairs. Overhead is half length, giving sun and shade when wanted.
Main Salon
In the SALON, the look is breathtaking due to spacious feeling, due to total surround of large windows. Intimate seating in couches and armchairs invite you to relax. American cherry woodwork throughout with sophisticated crown, base and raised panel moldings is finished in satin varnish. Blinds and drapery give total privacy.
Forward in the salon, a faux library conceals a full wet bar, refrigerator, ice maker, storage for china, crystal, silverware and linens. Adjacent is a glass dining table top whose base is a charming, cherry wood, Burger- built, oval desk with six chairs for full dining service under a soft glowing chandelier. The setting is ideal.
Forward of the main salon, the large DAY HEAD is convenient at the starboard entrance lobby.
Galley
The GALLEY is next forward, past the semi-raised pilothouse. The GALLEY is wide open to an informal dining lounge, both enjoying a panoramic view of the surrounding waters. Some features are: SubZero refrigerator (2004) and freezer (2004); SubZero icemaker (2004); U-Line icemaker/refrigerator (2005); U-Line refrigerator (crew mess); GE stainless steel Profile vertical freezer and refrigerator with ice and ice water dispensers; supplementary cooling by two generous, under-counter Sub-zero refrigerator/freezer drawers; vertical slide-out pantry and slide-out spice pantry are quite large along with corner lazy-Susan storage; two Dacor convection ovens, two stainless sinks w/soap dispenser, purified water, Broan compactor, stainless Miele dishwasher, Dacor halogen range, large GE microwave, disposal, TV/VCR, FM radio and phone, much generous drawer, cabinet and other storage space. Invisible, silent air conditioning, marble floors and all cherry interior make the galley an inviting place to work, dine and gather.
Master stateroom
Staterooms are on the lower deck via stairway forward in the salon. The MASTER is amidship thru arched twin double doors. Being full width, it is huge, enjoys a king berth to starboard flanked by built-in night cabinets with lamps and draped port lights. Upholstered chaise lounge, two large closets, two marble baths, one with shower, the other with jacuzzi tub/shower and bidet. Console entertainment center, 16 drawers, cabinets, opening ports, owner’s instruments for depth, speed, wind, bilge alarm, power loss, fire, etc. Subtle lighting, music and invisible quiet air conditioning add to the pleasure of this stateroom.
Guest cabins
The equal size GUEST CABINS are next aft and of strikingly exquisite design. Port has a central queen berth. Starboard has twin hand carved cherry sleigh beds. All in elegant paneling. Each cabin has a marble bath with large shower, mirrored wall, marble and cherry vanity, heated towel bars and other amenities as in the master heads. Staterooms have many drawers, cabinets, large closets and an aura of quality. All staterooms, including crew, are furnished with telephones, color TV, VCR, stereo and CD players.
Crew quarters
CREW quarters are private, forward of the galley and down. All areas are of cherry and tastefully decorated. Captain’s queen berth cabin has two closets, cabinets, 6 drawers, TV/VCR, overhead hatch with screen and ensuite bath with head, vanity and shower. The crew double cabin has upper and lower berths, closet, portlights, ensuite head and shower and TV/VCR, phone stereo and CD player. Crew lounge has seating for four, fold up table, TV/VCR, phone, stereo and CD. Laundry is at crew lounge with concealed, foldout ironing board.
Pilothouse
PILOTHOUSE is amidships and five steps up from either side of the main deck. The luxurious cherry cabinetry emphasizes a solid feeling of control in this extremely well planned helm area. A central, large destroyer type wheel and a well planned array of instruments convey a no nonsense discipline. Everything is proper, up to date and in easy view: single lever engine controls, radar, autopilot, stabilizers, thruster, GPS, VHF, SSB, tank monitor, alarm system, windshield washers, wipers, hailer, depth indicator, barometer, clock, engine and generator instruments, chart drawers, power monitor, fuel transfer controls, closed circuit television, monitor, intercom, cellular phone, Sat Com phone, etc. The helm console trim is a rare burled wood surrounded by leather and cherry woodwork. While on course and cruising, the helmsman and guests have a wide, raised bench settee with large table. Concealed there for the helmsman while seated are jog steerer, extra wiper controls, AC control, speed and depth monitor. The Pilothouse sole is varnished teak with white holly inlay, covered with a rug. Especially notable are large, port and starboard main deck side windows which give a clear view to the helmsman of the dock so he never needs to move from the wheel to peer over the side. This is especially valuable to an owner/operator preferring to cruise with a minimum of crew.
Flying Bridge and Boat Deck
FLYING BRIDGE and BOAT DECK are up six steps up a proper stairway. Center helm is sheltered by 2004 hardtop. Controls, instruments, compass, GPS, radar, rudder angle indicator, depth and speed indicators, VHF, stabilizer and thruster controls, CD player plus port and starboard wing control mounts for hand held docking control. Also, telephone, multiple antennae, two radar scanners, flybridge lighting, jacuzzi hot tub, refrigerator/ice maker, wet bar, 15' Novurania with crane, 90 hp Yamaha outboard, wraparound seating with covers and storage, 10 person life raft in cannister, 2500 pound capacity davit for tenders, ladder down to aft deck.
Engine Room and Lazarette
The ENGINE ROOM and LAZARETTE are aft, accessed from aft deck hatch or articulated, watertight, transom door. The port half of the lazarette houses workbench, sink, tool storage, CO2 tanks and electric panel. Starboard is lead lined, “silent room” housing the 40 KW Kilo- Pak 1200 rpm “soft mounted” generator in a stainless steel, “soft mounted” sound proofing box. The Matrix 3600 GPD water maker and air compressor also reside in this room along with the ship’s switch panels, etc. Thru another watertight door, into the engine room; central is the Atlas Shorepower Smart Box and the 45 KW Kilo-Pak 1800 rpm generator with hydraulic power take-off. Port and starboard are the two main engines, their ZF Vee Drive gears and two glass topped sea chests which admit the only seawater for cooling needs. Peripherally are chilled water air conditioning, all stainless fuel manifolding, fuel flow monitor, pneumatic fuel gauges, lube manifolding, fuel water separation centrifuge, batteries, fuel filters, various pump motors and back-up pumps, six double 4' fluorescent light fixtures, air induction and exhaust fans. A set of Kobelt engine controls are overhead mounted.
